I am a professional dog groomer and have been grooming since 2006 when my family and I purchased Jasper the Miniature Poodle puppy.  Jasper has a very fast growing coat and before too long the reality of grooming costs led me to take up grooming as a hobby.  In a small town it doesn't take long for word to get around and with the help of my friends in the dog world I soon became busier than I had ever expected to be.

I am a certified professional groomer, having earned my diploma in 2011.  I actively research dog breeds, skin conditions, grooming techniques, and the safest pet products available to help me do my best for your pet.  My dog grooming ability stems from a love for all animals, my artistic creativity, lots of hands-on practical experience with many small breeds, and a patient demeanour.

Our Business

Hairy Hobby Dog Grooming officially began out of necessity in 2009 .  There was a need for a quality pet groomer and we fit that requirement.  As the business and our experience level grows we meet more and more wonderful people and their amazing pets, and we add services based on our client's requests and comments.  We added a retail section where the basics in home grooming, hygiene, toys, and treats can be purchased for your pet.  We have just changed the services menu for grooming in 2012 and have freshened up the toy department with new treasures! 

We are constantly researching methods of expansion which would see our clientele grow in size!
